Aura & Cord Clearing

When your field feels cluttered, influenced, or not quite your own.

This session is a shorter, distance-based clearing designed for people who are newer to energy work, or don’t want a full deep dive just yet.

This offering is to support you when your energy feels busy, weighed down, or subtly interfered with. Or when you’ve been picking up on emotional residue, lingering attachments, or a sense that something external has been sitting in your field longer than it should and just need a good clean + a second pair of eyes on things.

In this work, I focus on gentle energetic hygiene. Clearing stagnant energy, releasing cords, hooks, or grips, and removing people or influences that are showing up in your field - whether intentionally or unintentionally.

This is not a full karmic or past-life exploration or unravelling entire root systems here. If there are any 'stubborn' energies that require more in-depth work I will let you know and do my best to put somethings in place to ease it if needed.

In this session I take a look at what is actively present and restore your field to a more neutral, self-contained state.

Common reasons people book this session:

• feeling energetically “clogged,” scattered, or emotionally heavy

• lingering cords from relationships, family dynamics, clients, or social spaces

• outside influence affecting mood, clarity, or energy levels

• needing to reset after burnout, conflict, or prolonged emotional labour

• wanting a first experience of energy work without committing to a deeper session

During the session, I scan your field and work directly with what’s showing up. If there are cords, attachments, or energetic debris, they’re addressed. If a particular person or influence is present, it’s removed and explained clearly in your write-up.

If something deeper briefly surfaces, it’s noted but not opened beyond what’s appropriate for this container.

After the session, you’ll receive a written email summary explaining:

• what was found

• what was cleared

• what shifted

• how to support integration afterward

This offering is intentionally simple, contained, and grounding.
It’s a reset and may initiate you into deeper work beyond this container.
