Monthly Energetic Support

This is an ongoing 1:1 support container for clarity, regulation, energetic maintenance, and continued movement over time.

Rather than approaching each session as a standalone event, we work with your field in an ongoing way - tracking patterns, supporting integration, and addressing what becomes visible as your system shifts and reorganises.

This container is designed for clients who have already experienced some level of this work and want consistent support tending their field, maintaining energetic hygiene, and working with recurring patterns as they emerge.

I do a brief pre-session attunement before each session so there is already a thread to follow when we meet, even if you're not sure where to begin.

What We Do In Session

Depending on what is present and ready, our work may include:

Real-time energy tracking: sensing what's happening in your field as you speak, and helping you locate what's yours vs what you're carrying

Grounding + stabilisation: settling the nervous system and organising the field so you can think, feel, and choose more cleanly

Relational disentangling: identifying where other people's energy, expectations, or imprinting are active, and clearing what's ready so you can come back to yourself

Cord / hook work (light): noticing and releasing cords, hooks, and energetic ties that are obvious and ready to move

Energetic hygiene and protection: strengthening boundaries, closing leakage, and recalibrating your field

Light presence/portal work (when straightforward): small clearings or closings when something is clearly active and ready to resolve without a full deep scan

Chakra clearing + alignment: supporting balance and flow where your system is asking for it

Integration guidance: naming patterns plainly, understanding what they're protecting, and identifying practical next steps so shifts can stabilise and hold

Over time we are able to track recurring themes, notice what is changing, identify what keeps reappearing, and work with patterns in a more sustained way than is possible within a single session.

This is both energetic work and sense-making. Often what creates lasting change is not only clearing, but understanding how the pattern formed and what it was compensating for - so you don't recreate it.

Important Scope Note

This is an ongoing maintenance and support container. We work with what is active, accessible, and ready to move in each session.

Full architecture-level scanning and deeper root work (including extensive presence/portal work, complex agreements, and deeper soul-fragment reintegration) are reserved for the Deep Astral + Etheric Field Session.

If deeper work is clearly indicated, I'll name it and discuss whether the premium container would be appropriate.

Communication Boundaries

This container does not include ongoing email support, additional energetic assessment between sessions, or unlimited access.

Email is reserved for scheduling logistics and one follow-up clarification email relating to your session summary.

What To Expect After Purchase

• After purchase you will receive a confirmation email containing a booking link to schedule your first session.

• Future sessions can be booked monthly as part of your ongoing container.

• Sessions are typically held Mondays 2pm–7pm PST and Thursdays 12pm–7pm PST.
