3-Month Deep Work Container

This is a three-month 1:1 container designed for people who are ready to work with a recurring pattern, energetic issue, life transition, or area of growth over time rather than in a single session.

Some things can shift quickly. Others reveal themselves in layers.

This container allows us to follow what emerges, address patterns as they become visible, and support meaningful integration between sessions so the work has time to land, reorganize, and take root.

Each month includes a live session, energetic assessment, clearing work where appropriate, and practical integration guidance. Rather than approaching each session as a separate event, we build on what was uncovered previously and track the evolution of your field over time.

Depending on what is present and ready, our work may include:

• Energetic assessment and pattern tracking across multiple sessions

Important Scope Note

This container provides structured support over time, but it is not ongoing access.

Communication outside of sessions is limited to scheduling logistics and one follow-up clarification email per session summary.

The work unfolds based on what is present, appropriate, and ready. No specific outcome can be guaranteed, and meaningful change depends on your willingness to engage with the material and integration process between sessions.

What To Expect After Purchase

• After purchase you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking link.

• You will schedule your first session immediately. The remaining sessions can be booked as we progress through the container.

• Sessions are typically held Mondays 2pm–7pm PST and Thursdays 12pm–7pm PST.
