Flower essences are vibrational remedies created from the energetic imprint of flowers. They work on a subtle level, helping to shift emotional patterns, release stuck energy, and bring the body, mind, and spirit into harmony.

Unlike essential oils, they contain no plant matter — they are energetic allies that gently work with your emotional and energetic body.

Each session is intuitively led and unique to you. We’ll start by checking in with your energy and intentions. From there, I’ll tune into your field, noticing where there may be blocks, imbalances, or old attachments. Using a combination of intuitive channeling, astral healing, and energy clearing we'll begin exploring what wants to be released, explored, what no longer serves you and restore balance. You may simply relax while I work, or we may talk through messages and insights that come up during the process.

If our session is happening in a 1:1 call I will gently guide your attention to different things in your field to track, expand your awareness on and remind you of how to heal if for yourself. This is more so a focus in Mentorship healing sessions if you would like to become more apt at energy tracking.

It helps to set aside quiet time in a space where you won’t be interrupted. You might want to bring a journal to note any insights or feelings that arise during or after the session. If you have specific intentions or areas you’d like me to focus on, feel free to reflect on those beforehand.

For live sessions, I don’t typically record by default (to preserve the energy of the moment), but you’re welcome to record on your end. For readings delivered via audio or written notes, you’ll receive a file you can revisit as often as you like.

Aura & Cord Clearing is shorter, more routine way of clearing energy where I am looking at a checklist of things and tending to it — great for clearing heaviness or lingering energy. Deep Energy Work dives further, exploring the root causes of patterns, karmic threads, and multi-layered blocks. It’s for when you feel something bigger needs to shift or transform.

Deeper Energy work also has a tendency to evolve into a more ongoing process that really gets into the grit of things.

No! Energy moves whether or not you “believe” in it. You don’t need to have all the answers or subscribe to any specific spiritual belief. Many clients who were initially skeptical still experience noticeable shifts or deep insights after their session.

Absolutely. You don’t need prior experience with energy work or spiritual practices. My sessions meet you where you are, and I’ll guide you through the process in a way that feels safe and supportive.

For Sessions:
Due to the deeply personalized nature of this work, all sessions are non-refundable once booked. I hold each session with full presence and intention, and your booking represents a commitment to your healing process. If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance, and I’ll happily move your session to a new time.

If you can't attend your session and it's been past 48hr period I will go ahead with a remote session & record it. 

For Memberships:
Memberships and recurring payments are also non-refundable, including cases where a member forgets to cancel before their next billing cycle. It is the member’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription before the renewal date. If you need assistance with cancellation, please reach out prior to your next charge.
